One of our favorites so far this year. Normally, Colombian coffees don’t have as much for flowers as this pink bourbon from Huila. We find in this all the complexity of an Ethiopian coffee with the sweetness and smoothness of Colombia. This made us launch ourselves to buy the complete micro-lot, so it will accompany us for a few months.

Every day we discover new flavors, it has a multitude of hidden layers and every morning one appears. We recommend enjoying it alone, both in espresso and filtered, although with milk it is also a delicacy.
